I am not sure what it is with me and this blog of mine.
I cannot even begin to tell you about all the projects, etc.
I have meant to post.
Somehow
I
kept
telling
myself
I
needed
to
learn
to
take
better
photographs
with
my
expensive
Nikon
camera...
So far, it has not happened.
In fact, as I write this, I am supposed to be
practicing with my camera settings.
All of the pictures, in this post, were taken
yesterday, with my IPhone.
Yesterday I did a little antiquing and at
the last mall I visited I snapped some
pictures of things I adored.
I just decided, phooey,
I am posting them....
great pictures
or
not!
It isn't like my blog is read by very many
people or I have sponsors who critique my
posts!!!!
If you are reading,
I hope you enjoy the
lovelies
below.
do intend
to
work
on
my
camera
skills!

Sides of a beautiful vintage embellished pillow..
Do you see the price tag?
It is also beautiful in a very large
sort of way!
Not that it isn't worth it...
It is just that I have so many
vintage embellishments to use myself,
I need to make my own.

Now here is a clever idea, for sure!
Darling purses made out of former ties....
Great repurposing!
I might have to look at my husband's closet
to look at all those ties he NEVER wears
anymore, since he retired.
Come to think of it, I hope they have not
already been taken to Goodwill!
And this was a vintage dress I loved.
I would have actually purchased it but it
was so long there was no way I could wear it.
The tag had a question mark about it possibly having been
a wedding dress. Because of the length, I think it was.
Back of the dress..
See the arms behind the dress...
It is a man holding it up for me to photograph.
What it was hanging from in the first photograph came crashing to the floor...
no harm was done, thankfully, to me or any of the items.
Stand still my heart...
There was a pair of these beautiful
 French Twin Beds..
I could just see them painted and distressed
in Old White Chalk Paint...
that was until, once again, I saw the price tag.
I cannot remember exactly but somewhere in
the neighborhood of $4,000. rings a bell.
